USAGE
The sand can be used for cement mortar tests and entrained air measurement given its technical characteristics (physical and chemical) and its consistency, subject to compatibility and acceptance by the client from the French source of the sand.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The SNL 20-30 sand is a natural siliceous sand of French origin with a silica content exceeding 98%. The constituent grains of this natural sand are uncrushed and round-shaped. The humidity of the sand is less than 0.2%.
The sand is washed and dried, bringing more regularity and neutrality in the entrained air measurement.
Grading of SNL 20-30 SAND is according to ASTM®* C778-3 (2021); typical values are:

The sand is packaged in 25 kg bags.
CONTROLS
Production controls are carried out by the SNL laboratory and result in a certificate per order.
DELIVERY
Deliveries are made individually and on a covered pallet of 2 to 48 bags, protected by a polyethylene cover (road and maritime transport) with reinforced cardboard (maritime transport only). The export pallets are with a NIMP15 treatment.
The pallets are not stackable.
